First Steps:

  • Identify the Need
    •  Your grant process may start with the identification of a need for your district and a desire to find a match, or perhaps and opportunity you would like to pursue.
  • Identify Partners
    • Consider who in your district or your community should have a seat at the table.
  • Establish Project Leaders
    • Decide who will champion this grant for your team.
  • Obtain Internal Approval
    •  Ensure have been given authority to apply for this grant by whatever process is relevant to your district or department.
