Our Special Student Services program collaborates with the 20 school districts in our region. We provide a number of specialized services to school districts and their students in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties. Our services ensure eligible students with disabilities receive a free and appropriate public education.

Our teams stand for the right of every child to have the opportunity to achieve his or her full potential. Our service providers partner with district teams to embrace each students’ racial, linguistic and influential background experiences when approaching evaluations, consultation, intervention services and professional learning.

Our service providers work alongside school teams by supporting culturally sustaining practices via meaningful, inclusive and rigorous experiences and by disrupting barriers that marginalize students:
