About Us

Our career and college readiness program aims to establish high expectations for achievement and personal growth for every student in our four-county region. We work to expand college credit and career technical education (CTE); opportunities for all students, especially those who are Black, Indigenous or other people of color. We also support post-secondary pathways educators with networking, professional development, program support and more.

Our team of three educators has a combined 30 years of experience in post-secondary preparation both systemically and with students directly. With the support of industry partners, our team intends to work with each high school within our region including alternative programs, virtual academies and NWRESD-run school age programs.

Our Beliefs

  • All students deserve career satisfaction and have the potential to reach their career goals.
  • Each student is on their own unique post-secondary path.
