Social Emotional Learning Schools
Northwest Regional Education Service District operates four specialized school programs for K-12 students dealing with significant emotional and behavioral learning needs.
Student placements in these programs are recommended by local school districts or county mental health programs. All of the students served are eligible for special education services and have active individualized education plans (IEPs).
Special Student Services
Our Special Student Services program collaborates with the 20 school districts our education service district serves. We provide a number of specialized services to students in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties. Our services ensure eligible students with disabilities receive a free and appropriate public education.
