Our Instructional Services Department provides a wide range of enrichment, training and support programs for students, families, educators and child care providers living in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington counties. Examples of services for students and families include college and career-going support; English Language Learner (ELL) and migrant education programs; and Career Technical Education (CTE) and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education.
Our Instructional Services team also provides enrichment to our region’s educators including a wide range of professional learning opportunities; grant writing services; research, assessment and evaluation support and much more.

STEM Hub Launches Place-Based Collaborative to Enhance Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math Education Among Rural Educators
A place-based collaborative seeks to build community within a specific geographic location. The group includes 23 educators from 23 Clatskanie, Jewell, Rainier, Scappoose, Seaside, Tillamook and Warrenton-Hammond school districts.
