Sydoney Blackmore

Sydoney works as an educator for Columbia Health Services. She has worked in Columbia County since 2017 and is passionate about helping people overcome challenges such as disability or addiction. She has specialized training in working with families who have children with special needs, families who are receiving treatment for substance use or who are in recovery for substance use and families with teenagers. Sydoney brings humor, laughter and food whenever possible.

Jennyfer Hernandez

 Jennyfer has dedicated to supporting families who have experienced various forms of violence. Through her compassionate work, she connects these families with essential resources, helping them find a healthier and happier path forward.
With specialized training in understanding the impacts of trauma on individuals, Jennyfer is particularly adept at addressing the unique needs of children affected by such experiences. Her expertise and dedication make her a valuable advocate for those seeking to overcome the challenges of trauma and build a brighter future.

Melissa (Mis) Carlson-Swanson

Mis has taught for Northwest Parenting for 6 years. She started as a parent education facilitator and has worked as a  coordinator for about 3 years.
