Our Governance Council is made up of representatives from schools; public health agencies; community-based, early learning and health care organizations; and businesses.

The Council oversees the work of the Early Learning Hub and, with the feedback and input of county advisory councils, provides insight and feedback on how best to meet the needs of young children and families in Clatsop, Columbia and Tillamook counties.

This is a public meeting and you are welcome to submit a public comment request formPublic comments during the virtual meeting will be limited to 3 minutes. You are also welcome to share your comment in writing which will be included in the governance council's meeting materials.
