The NWRESD will maintain a record of any waivers which have been requested by the NWRESD and approved by the State Board of Education.
Residents of the NWRESD or any parent/legal guardian of students attending school in the NWRESD may make a complaint alleging violation of a standard through Board policy KL - Public Complaints. The NWRESD shall also include a procedure for direct appeal to the state superintendent of public instruction of an alleged standards violation.
