The Northwest Regional Education Service District (NWRESD) reserves the right to accept gifts, grants, donations of funds, time and title to property when such donations support the programs and services of the NWRESD, and when they are in keeping with NWRESD goals. Upon receipt of such gifts, donations, grants and titles to property the NWRESD shall have ownership. 

The Board welcomes gifts of books and other materials that meet the same standards of selection as those applied to the purchase of library and instructional materials. 

The donor will be officially thanked in the Board’s name and all major gifts will be reported to the Board and publicly announced. 

All gifts accepted shall be used for the purpose for which they were donated if stated by the donor.
