The Northwest Regional Education Service District (NWRESD) materials and equipment will be used only for NWRESD purposes by NWRESD personnel on NWRESD properties. 

Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the superintendent or designee and shall be consistent with Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) Chapter 244 and Oregon Government Ethics Commission guidance.
