The Board will, at its annual organizational meeting in July or at other times deemed necessary by the Board, authorize designated persons to sign Northwest Regional Education Service District (NWRESD) checks. All checks shall be signed by two of the designated persons. The Board may authorize the use of facsimile signatures by those persons authorized to sign NWRESD checks.
