The superintendent will prepare an annual report that represents the ESD’s compliance with the standards adopted by the State Board of Education for the preceding school year and submit that report to the Board.

The ESD’s annual report will be presented orally at a public Board meeting by November 1 of each school
year and will allow public comment on such report. This report will be posted on the ESD’s web page.

The ESD will report on its compliance with state standards to Oregon Department of Education (ODE) by
November 15 each year on a form provided by ODE.
