The Columbia Service Center serves Columbia County and the following school district communities: Clatskanie, Rainier, Scappoose, St. Helens, Vernonia.

Hours: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday-Friday

Land Acknowledgement

Every community owes its existence to those who took part in the making of the history that led us to where we are today. Some were brought to these lands against their will, some were drawn to leave their distant homes in pursuit of a better life, and some have lived here for more generations than can be counted.

We acknowledge that this facility of Northwest Regional ESD lays on the traditional lands of the  Cowlitz peoples, past and present. In our daily work in service to Columbia County, we aspire to honor with gratitude the land itself and the people who have stewarded it throughout the generations.
