The Office of Equity & Family Partnerships is launching a book club with guest facilitator Ben Bruhn from the St. Helen's School District. Ben will share the work of author Adrienne Maree Brown. Holding Change describes how emergent strategy intersects with facilitation and mediation to help us hold change: "to make it easy for people with shared intentions to be around each other and move towards their vision and values (facilitate), and/or navigate conflict in a way that is generative and accountable (mediate). Book provided, but we would appreciate early registration so we can order books.

This is a weekly series that will be held 4:30-5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays starting Sept. 17. We encourage all ESD staff and component district staff to sign up early because this will fill up.
