Empowerment Series Part 1: Leadership Boundaries, and Personal Well-being/Serie de empoderamiento Pa

  • Date: 02/26/2024 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Description: We will explore what it means to be empowered as an Early Childhood Education Leader by examining what leadership style resonates most with your teaching style and how to apply this leadership with other adults you work with. We will spend time reflecting on what our individual core-values are and how the decisions we make often reflect what we feel is more important to us. Lastly, we will dive into how to set safe and healthy boundaries with adults to ensure your needs are being honored.
