Students at Pacific Academy will take a field trip to Seaside, Oregon, to participate in a cleanup project with SOLVE, a nonprofit that coordinates cleanup projects across the state. Students will gain an understanding of the importance of taking care of our natural areas, especially beaches. They will learn about how plastic pollution and marine debris harms sea life and the natural ecosystem.
