This two-hour training is open to all Northwest Regional ESD staff. The goals of the session are to:

• Introduce and discuss NWRESD’s equity work and equity-related strategic plan objectives 
• Create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for staff and students
• Align our work and roles related to equity work
