Supporting Children with IFSPs in Preschool Classrooms - Embedding strategies to address specific skills within routines and activities

This training is for Early Child Care Providers in Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook and Washington Counties.

  • Location: Virtual via Zoom

This training is for directors, teachers, assistants, and providers who work in preschools, Head Start, child care centers, or family child cares.

Participants will examine sample IFSP documents and will be provided with examples of the type of information they can provide and the knowledge they bring to the team that will be critical to successful implementation in the classroom. Several tools will be reviewed (Classroom Activity Matrix, Implementation Planning Sheet, Embedded Learning Opportunities) and how each can be used to support children with IFSPs in the classroom. This free training is virtual. English and Spanish options are available. Please be sure to select the correct language you would like to attend on the registration form. Zoom link will be emailed the day of the training for the language that you selected.
